energo-stream provides culinary education services including cooking workshops, private tuition, private chef experiences, recipe development, corporate events, and catering services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Booking and Payment

Booking Process

Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation from our team. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation via email.

Payment Terms

Payment details and methods will be communicated upon booking confirmation
Full payment is typically required in advance for group workshops
Deposits may be required for larger events and catering services
All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund
Cancellations made within 48 hours may be rescheduled subject to availability
No-shows without prior notice forfeit any fees paid
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered

Participant Responsibilities

When participating in our services, you agree to:

Inform us of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements before the session
Follow safety instructions provided by our instructors
Treat our facilities, equipment, and staff with respect
Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
Wear appropriate clothing and footwear as advised

While we take all reasonable precautions, participation in cooking activities involves inherent risks including exposure to heat, sharp objects, and potential allergens. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety guidance provided.
